The Snowies Experience
Embark on a delightful all-day adventure that takes you through picturesque rolling scenery and off the beaten track to visit four exciting venues. Your day will begin with a local accommodation pick up and drop off, followed by a wine tasting complete with cheese and accompaniments. Next, you'll visit a family-owned microbrewery to sample their unique range of beers and cider before popping into one of Australia's most historic pubs. Finally, you'll finish the day with an afternoon of après at a popular spot in Jindabyne. Throughout the day, you'll be accompanied by a driver and local guide who will ensure that you have an unforgettable experience.
Sip and Savour
The Sip and Savour tour is perfect for those who enjoy sightseeing and indulging in delicious food and wine. The tour begins with an extensive wine tasting session at Shut the Gate Cellar Door, where guests can enjoy some tasty cheese and crackers. Next, the tour heads to the beautiful Snowy Mountains Travellers Rest, where visitors can explore the stunning grounds and sit down to a scrumptious two-course lunch accompanied by their choice of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. After lunch, the tour heads to a popular venue in Jindabyne for some afternoon après drinks. Throughout the tour, a knowledgeable local guide accompanies the guests, and they get to soak up the stunning scenery and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. Please note that additional drinks can be purchased from the venues on the day.
Taste of the Snowies
If food and wine are your thing, this might be the one for you! The day starts with a scenic drive to a unique cellar door and local providore where you can relax in the sun-drenched garden or cosy up by the indoor wood fireplace with one of their award-winning wines. Then, head back to Jindabyne to take in the views and brews at Jindabyne Brewing. Early in the afternoon, you will head towards the mountains to visit a stunning Alpine distillery famously known for producing boutique gin and schnapps. The package includes local accommodation pick up and drop off, a driver and local guide for the day, and a visit up to four exciting venues - Shut the Gate Wines, Jindabyne Brewing, Wild Brumby Distillery and Jindabyne venue if time permits. Please note that venues visited are subject to availability, events, and opening hours, and tastings may vary. Additionally, you will get to experience extensive wine tasting, schnapps and gin tasting, a schooner of beer or cider/ glass of wine, and a substantial grazing platter of cheese, dips, breads.
