




Warigala Badha meaning Mullet Creek, Also known as Bens Walk, come and experience the true beauty of this hidden gem of the Shoalhaven river, with its picturesque sandstone caves and overhangs. Rich in Aboriginal Cultural Heritage, this ancient landscape will captivate your senses and open you to an experience that you will never forget. Their journey will commence with a Welcome to Country by Traditional Owner and Elder Uncle Sonny Simms, along with his son Matt Simms. From there you will be guided through their cultural path visiting significant Indigenous sites and participating in bush tucker knowledge, ancient stories that connect them to country since the very first sunrise, the journey will finish with a traditional cultural activity to conclude your experience.

Raymond Timbery, the grand-son of the late Uncle Laddie Timbery, has been undertaking a range of cultural presentations following in the footsteps of his grand-father. These include bush tucker tours, introduction to Aboriginal Culture, dancing, music and boomerang demonstrations as well as a range of cultural immersion experiences on site at the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum.
