Waterfront Condo Spa and Condos
The Waterfront Condo with Spa is the ideal place to spread out and relax. Comfortably seating and sleeping up to eight people with queen-sized beds in the first and second bedrooms and four single bunks in the third bedroom. If bubbles aren't your thing then the Condo Unit has exactly the same features without the spa bath. With a dishwasher, two bathrooms and reverse cycle air-conditioning, the Waterfront Condo is ideal for a large family or friends. With magnificent views of the Clyde River, you will never want to go home.
Waterfront Caravan Sites
Bring your home on wheels and park on the water’s edge with spectacular views, great swimming and fishing opportunities. One of the best features of BIG4 Batemans Bay is that we’re right on the riverside so you can wake up to a refreshing morning dip, only meters from your doorstep, and enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. The Waterfront Caravan Sites can accommodate caravans/campervans of up to 24ft and are close to all amenities. Please Note: These sites cannot accommodate large motorhomes, fifth-wheelers or tents. Tents and camper trailers can now book a stay on the Powered Artificial Sites.
Powered Van Sites
The Powered Caravan Sites have a mixture of shade and sunny outlooks with concrete slabs, water and sullage and are suitable for caravans and campervans up to 24 feet in length. Please Note: These sites cannot accommodate large motorhomes, fifth-wheelers or tents. Tents and can book a stay on the Powered Artificial Sites.
Holiday Ocean Spa
Spoil yourself with a Holiday Ocean Spa cabin with stunning views of the Tollgate Islands. These two-bedroom Holiday Ocean Spa cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning and sleep either five or six persons in a queen bed with three bunks or a queen with four bunks. There are two televisions and a DVD player to keep the family or small group entertained and, of course, the Spa bath for winding down and relaxing.
Waterfront Couples Retreat
With a queen bed and luxurious spa bath this Waterfront Spa cabin is an ideal romantic retreat. There are two televisions, just in case the cricket conflicts with Dancing with the Stars and reverse cycle air-conditioning for cool summers and warm winters. With views across the Clyde River, you can sit back on your private balcony and watch the world go by.
Powered Artificial Sites
The Powered Artificial Sites bring a fresh camping experience to Batemans Bay! Thanks to support from the Australian Government's Caravan Park Grant program, 11 concrete slab sites now create lush artificial grass surfaces that are suitable for tents and camper trailers. Each of these artificial sites offers a generous pad of 5.5 metres in width and 6 metres in length, next to an additional 2-2.5 metre of lush grass. These sites are ideal for camper trailers and tents while still welcoming caravans and motorhomes. The Powered Artificial Sites provide a blend of modern comfort and the natural camping experience. Please Note: These sites cannot accommodate large motorhomes or fifth wheelers.
Waterfront Spa Two Bedroom
With views across the Clyde River, the two-bedroom Waterfront Spa is the perfect choice for families and the kid's friends. With a queen bed and two sets of bunks, you can eat in or dine alfresco on the private balcony. Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the temperature perfect in any season.
Ensuite Sites
If you’re bringing your own home along, enjoy the great outdoors with the convenience of your private ensuite right next door. These fantastic sites will accommodate caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes of up to 22 feet and come with a gravel pad for your caravan and a concrete slab for your annexe. These sites are equipped with power, water, sullage and of course access to all our wonderful facilities. Please Note: These sites cannot accommodate large motorhomes, fifth-wheelers or tents.
