Autumn brings the crush of grapes, filling the air with the heady scent of fermenting fruit. You sip bold reds at bustling wineries, tasting the essence of the land. Winter slows things down, but prune orchards hum with drying fruit, and citrus trees bear wonder navel oranges, blood oranges and mandarins and wheat and canola.
