The Paranetto Parlour
Named after the Panaretto brothers, who launched Leeton’s Renown Refreshment Rooms on site in 1920, The Panaretto Parlour offers a smooth blend of art deco fixtures with modern luxe. It’s moody, masculine and perfect for inking a killer business deal, or indulging in a romantic escape with your favourite person. The Panaretto Parlour studio apartment is the first in the deco lineup. It’s got great lines, amazing original pressed tin ceilings and a stunning deco feature pendant to match. Snuggle up in a queen size bed, with a comfy pillow top, 500 thread count sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, including a combination wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Get ready for a night on the town in a modern deco bathroom, with Sheridan bath towels and quality body products (shower only, no bath). Kick back and relax at the two-seater dining table in the kitchen, in the bold monochrome art deco lounge with Gatsby bar cart or simply pull up the bed sheets and watch all your favourites on the smart television.
The Gilded Globe
The Gilded Globe is quaint, quirky and full of character as far as heritage apartments go. Named after the adjoining Globe Theatre. The Gilded Globe studio is located at the rear of the building and features Renown’s original polished floorboards, laid more than 100 years ago. Snuggle up in a queen size bed, with a super comfy pillow top, 500 thread count sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets. Cook up a storm in a small but perfectly formed kitchenette, including a combination wall oven and microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Please note this apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher. Get ready for a night on the town in a modern deco bathroom, with Sheridan bath towels and quality body products (shower only, no bath).
