This workshop will give insights into the abundance of edibles thriving in the Sydney Basin. Typical species they will talk about include: dandelion, sowthistle, ironweed, flatweed, farmers friends, and wild fennel.

Join a magical day out in the forest where you’ll learn the how, when, and where of wild mushroom foraging. You’ll also learn how to preserve your seasonal bounty and enjoy a wild mushroom tasting.
