About
Distance: 3km
Difficulty: Easy
Take this track if you are looking for a stroll away from the village hustle and bustle.
Start at the car park at the swimming pool off Baker Dr.
Cross Baker Dr, and walk up Charles Perry St, take the first left to Kinchela St. Turn right. At the end of the built up area you reach the Paul Clancy Trail. Walk for about 600m where you reach the unsealed access road to Back Beach. Turn left. Watch for cars; especially during holidays times there can be a fair bit of traffic. It's about 400m to the beach.
Here you can turn north for the short section towards Big Nobby or south towards Goolawah Beach and Big Hill as far as you want to go. Be aware that this is a dogs-off-the-leash beach and it is accessed by vehicles.
