Can I book directly on ILoveAU?
No. ILoveAU is not an online travel agency and does not complete bookings or process traveller payments. It helps you find a suitable business, then sends you to that operator's own website or booking system. The operator manages availability, payment and the booking. ILoveAU may receive an agreed referral commission from a completed booking, generally at a lower rate than a traditional online travel agency.

Search results consider relevance to the traveller's request and preferences. Eligible partner businesses can receive priority visibility in AI-powered discovery, while the goal remains to show useful options for the traveller's intent.
Which parts of Australia does ILoveAU cover?
ILoveAU covers all eight Australian states and territories: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. The number and depth of listings varies by destination as the catalogue is updated.
Do I need to download an app to use ILoveAU?
No. You can explore ILoveAU on the web, and some experiences may also be supported through our mobile products as they roll out.
