How long does it take to get approved?
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Approval depends on the information supplied and our quality checks, so some applications may take longer or require follow-up details.
How does the pricing and commission work?
The Basic plan is free to join. Travellers complete bookings and payments in the operator's own website or booking system. When an ILoveAU referral leads to a completed booking, ILoveAU receives the lower referral commission agreed with that business. The applicable rate and tracking terms are disclosed to the operator before participation.
How do bookings work?
ILoveAU is a discovery and referral platform, not an online travel agency. We send travellers to your website or booking system, where you manage availability, customer details, payment, confirmation and support. ILoveAU tracks eligible referrals so the agreed commission can be attributed when a booking is completed.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Absolutely. We take care of the heavy lifting for you. As a Founding Partner, you have a direct line to our team for any updates. Simply send us your new photos, seasonal pricing, or description changes and we will handle the updates for you.
What types of businesses can list?
We welcome tourism and hospitality businesses including tours, activities, accommodation, restaurants, transport services, and local experiences. You should have the appropriate licenses, insurance, and operate in Australia.
How do I get paid?
You receive the traveller's payment directly through your own website or booking provider. ILoveAU does not collect the traveller's booking payment; the agreed referral commission is handled with the operator under the applicable partner terms.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. If your plan includes a paid tier, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your listing can move back to the entry-level setup while keeping your core business information intact.
Do you help with marketing?
Yes. Eligible partners can receive priority visibility for relevant searches in ILoveAU's personalised and AI-powered discovery surfaces. Partners may also be featured through homepage, editorial, campaign or social opportunities according to their plan and the relevance of their offering.
Can I list multiple locations or experiences?
Yes. You can showcase multiple tours, activities, or locations on ILoveAU so travelers can discover the exact experience that fits their trip.
