Yes. The AI Guide is grounded in the content you approve — room descriptions, policies, FAQs and visitor information — and can add relevant local tourism data so guests can plan their stay as well.
How does the AI Guide personalise recommendations for guests?
Guests ask in their own words, like "somewhere quiet for dinner with kids" or "a rainy-day activity nearby", and the AI Guide recommends local experiences, attractions and dining that match what they asked for, drawing on your approved content and local tourism data.
What does a free accommodation listing include?
A discovery profile on ILoveAU with your details, imagery and a direct link to your website or booking engine. Featured placement and the AI Guide are optional extras.
What's the difference between the AI Guide and Discovery & Booking Referrals?
The AI Guide is a local guide that runs on your own website and answers your visitors' questions. Discovery & Booking Referrals is about being found on ILoveAU and sending travellers to your website. They are separate products: buying an AI Guide plan does not buy featured placement on ILoveAU or guarantee that ILoveAU's own AI recommends your business.
Does the AI Guide only help visitors who come from ILoveAU?
No. The AI Guide is embedded on your website and helps the visitors already arriving there, so its value does not depend on traffic from ILoveAU.
What content can the AI Guide use?
Your approved website pages, PDFs, FAQs, policies and visitor information, enriched with relevant local tourism data. Each plan sets how many pages and documents can be indexed.
How are AI answers counted?
Each reply the AI Guide gives a visitor counts as one AI answer. Your plan sets how many answers are included each month.
Can I change my AI Guide plan later?
Yes. Talk to our team and we'll move you to the plan that fits how your website is being used.
How is the AI Guide added to my website?
The AI Guide is provided as an embeddable website widget. Our team helps configure its approved content and appearance, then supports your team through setup and launch.
What is included in setup and launch?
We agree the content sources and visitor use cases, configure the guide for your brand and approved website domains, test representative questions and support your team with the website embed. The exact scope is confirmed for your plan before work begins.
What reporting is available?
The workspace shows usage, frequently asked questions, unanswered questions and the content sources supporting answers. These insights help your team close information gaps and improve the visitor experience over time.
What control do we have over content and visitor data?
You choose the approved content sources and website domains for the guide, can review content before it is used and can manage retention settings for conversations and form submissions in your workspace. Data handling and governance requirements are confirmed during setup.
What happens when the AI Guide cannot answer confidently?
The AI Guide is designed to answer from the sources you approve. Questions that are not covered can be directed to your team or captured as an enquiry, depending on your setup.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
How are booking referrals charged?
A standard ILoveAU listing is free. When an eligible ILoveAU referral results in a completed booking, ILoveAU charges a 8% referral commission. Your business takes the booking and the traveller's payment directly.
What does AI Visibility Consulting involve?
We review how AI search experiences currently understand your business, then recommend and help implement improvements to your content, structured data and other signals that answer engines rely on (often called AEO or GEO).
Which businesses can partner with ILoveAU?
