The Sky Suites
The Sky Suites offer four luxuriously appointed ensuite rooms made from recycled shipping containers, cantilevered three-stories high. Each suite features: - Large windows with breathtaking private views. - King or twin single beds with premium bedding. - Ensuite with rain shower, toilet, vanity, towels, robes and amenities. - Complimentary mini bar, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee facilities. - Iron and board- laundry service available on request. - Individually controlled air conditioning/heating. - Outdoor decks with table, chairs, lounges and hanging chairs. - Heated mineral pool with swim jet and sun lounges.
The River Suite (accessible)
The River Suite is perfect for up to two guests. This Suite is located separately from the Sky Suites, close to the Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge and provides king share accommodation with a ramp and accessible ensuite. The River Suites provides guests with a luxurious pillow top king bed with premium linen and a selection of pillows to choose from. Large, double-glazed windows surround the bed zone with block out/sheer blinds and private views across the property. This fully accessible ensuite includes a walk in shower with seat, towel rail, toilet, vanity with mirror, hair dryer and hand-crafted amenities. To ensure guests comfort across the seasons each room features reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and electric blankets in the cooler months, open wardrobe including hanging space, iron and board, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Also included in each room is a Bluetooth speaker, premium waffle robes and pool towels.
The Shearer's Quarters Guest Lounge and Event Space
The Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge, a former Officer’s Mess, was brought to the property after World War II. The space comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests seated for functions or 150 for cocktail events. Station stay guests have exclusive use of the space including a chesterfield lounge area, licensed bar, vintage pianola and gramophone, guest library with large selection of books and games, air conditioned/heated dining space including Espresso coffee, a range of teas, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The space also features an outdoor covered deck with sunset views and a dance floor under the stars complete with a shipping container bar and a fire pit seating area. Telstra mobile reception and Wi-Fi is available.
