Thursday nights will celebrate an Italian staple, pasta. Meletos have created a menu featuring six dishes, spanning rigatoni to risotto, and guanciale to Moreton Bay bug.
At its core, Italian hospitality is an expression of tradition and generosity. With that in mind, every bowl of pasta is priced at $35 and includes a side of garlic butter focaccia, flashed in the wood-fired oven and topped with shaved pecorino.
Pasta. It's saucy, sometimes cheesy, always delicious. Chef's kiss.
