In this environment of regenerated grassy woodlands, typical of what Country would have looked like pre-colonisation, your Cultural guides share the ways in which cultural life, both traditional and contemporary, are inextricably linked to healthy biik. Begin with a Welcome and Grounding ceremony, followed by a guided walk along the daanak trail to learn of seasonal native plant species and their uses for food, medicine, fibre and cultural practice. Taste bush foods, enjoy yarns and give thanks to the seasonal abundance and diversity of Country.
