Palm Beach Surf School
Learn to surf in the southern corner of Palm Beach. All equipment including a surfboard suited to your abilities is provided. For beginners they use soft, stable surfboards which are easy to balance, paddle, stand and surf on. When you arrive, look for the Palm Beach/Manly Surf School van and trailer. Bring a swimsuit and towel, wear lots of sunscreen and don't forget your camera.
Collaroy Beach Surf School
Learn to surf at Collaroy Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches. All equipment including a surfboard suited to your abilities is provided. Manly Surf School
Manly Surf School runs classes every day and classes cater to all levels of ability, fitness and age. The program focuses on teaching the skills of surfing and how to handle yourself and your surfboard in the ocean - and have a stack of fun on the way. Kids Surfing Lessons
The team of instructors at Manly Surf School run four day courses for kids every school holidays, even in winter. All kids are provided with the right surfboard, wetsuit and placed in the right age group to get them having the most fun and learning quicker. Classes run for 1.5 hours and the kids are taught surf safety (rips, shorebreaks, wipeouts), surfing skills, (beginner to advanced), paddling, standing, turning, surf etiquette and how to identify dangers of the ocean. They also teach bodysurfing and surf swimming so the kids know what to do if their legrope breaks.
Manly Surf School Northern Beaches Day Tour
Spend a day surfing on Sydney's Northern beaches. Manly Surf School will pick you up from the city, then travel to the Northern Beaches in search of the best available waves. The trip from Manly along the Northern Beaches is very cool and the scenery quite spectacular in places.
