During the day you will carry just a light daypack with your lunch and essentials for the day You will learn from knowledgeable and passionate local guides about the natural and cultural values of the walk and its history. To look after your safety, the guides carry emergency communication equipment and backcountry first aid kits. The walk is relatively easy and you only need to be moderately fit.
