This is a great multi-use trail linking Dee Why Beach to Narrabeen Lagoon via Cromer. Part of the Bicentennial Coastal Walk, starting at Dee Why Beach and ending at Narrabeen Lagoon. Grade: Easy Distance: 4.5km one way Time: 1-1.5 hours each way Path: Formed track, flat, no steps, shared with bikes and pedestrians
Another place to take a picnic hamper and take a stroll enjoying the wildflowers. Steeped in history, Turimetta’s extensive rocky seashore provided a smorgasbord of shellfish for the local Aboriginal tribes. Evidence still remains of their presence. Looking southwards, in the middle distance, you’ll see the broad rock platform of Long Reef.

Dee Why Headland is a sensitive coastal ecosystem, providing an important wildlife corridor between Curl Curl and Dee Why Lagoons. The rugged sandstone headland boasts spectacular views south to Manly and north to Long Reef and beyond. Start are either Dee Why Beach or North Curl Curl Beach.
