3BR Apartment "Plantation"
Plantation is a family friendly three bedroom apartment located on the southern side of the complex over looking the main street of Huskisson (Owen Street). Plantation is ideal for those with small children/infants or for those who are less mobile. Entry is via ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and you then continue up one flight of stairs to the rest of the apartment that is spread across one floor. Once you have accessed the first floor, there are no further stairs. These entry stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate (supplied) if needed. The apartment has great cross ventilation and reverse cycle air-conditioning is located in the lounge. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining room with double sliding door access to a large north facing courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas barbecue. The bedrooms consist of a master queen bedroom with en suite, a queen bedroom with balcony facing Owen Street, and a tri-bunk bedroom (double plus single bunk bed as one). The main bathroom has combined bath and shower. Plantation is a perfect apartment for those wanting a three bedroom apartment right in the heart of town.
