Waterview Cottages
Completed in 2011, a group of two by two bedroom and two by three bedroom fully self-contained cottages, each differently aligned to allow a private aspect over the extensive series of farm dams, where water fowl, ducks and other birds live and breed in a dedicated native landscape area. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Bedding is flexible according to need and can be king, twin share. Full kitchen, large veranda with barbecue and outdoor dining. Fully air-conditioned and fully powered by a large off-grid solar system.
Sandstone Family Cottages
A group of four air-conditioned fully self-contained cottages adjacent to the leisure area, with tennis, pool, kids playground, spacious gardens with the alpacas and laying hens nearby. Each cottage has a queen bedroom, a bunk room, lounge, kitchen, dining room, covered veranda with barbecue overlooking the fields where the alpacas graze.
Three Bedroom Top Cottage
A stand alone three bedroom cottage, one queen room with en suite, second queen room, third room with king bed for a couple, or single beds for up to four children. Second bathroom. Full kitchen, dining, lounge open plan areas, outdoor sheltered pergola with barbecue. Surrounded by a large garden. Fully air-conditioned.
Sashas Cottage
A stand alone two bedroom cottage looking down over the fields where the alpacas graze. Queen bedroom, second room with two single beds. Bathroom with vanity and shower, separate toilet. Full kitchen, lounge and dining spaces in open plan. Fully air-conditioned, verandas with barbecue.
Stockyard Suites
Three spacious luxury modern suites for couples, in a converted farm building. Each suite has large duplex shower, king size bed for a couple, or twin share. Step down two steps from the elevated bedroom to a lounge-kitchenette-dining room, looking out over the main stockyard, turfed and landscaped and joining the rest of the yards, where the alpacas come to shelter and drink.
