


Targeting sand whiting, bream, tarwhine, flathead, trevally and more. Starting at 0700 (7am), meeting at a local beach depending on the conditions. Finishing fishing at 1100 (11am) and targeting the bread and butter fish. If you want to take home a feed, you can leave the beach a little early, where George will clean and fillet your fish for you. Early bird catches the fish on worm.

Targeting mulloway (jewfish), sharks, salmon, tailor, big bream and more. Starting at 1700 (5pm), meet at a local beach depending on the weather/swell conditions, and finish at 2300 (11pm). This is your chance to be king of the jews. You will target big jewfish with big baits. Long battles with big fish can leave your arms sore for days. George encourages catch and release with the big jewfish. If you want to take fish home for a feed that’s fine too.

Want to save money? Learn to catch your own bait. Starting at a time depending on the low tide on the day. Beach worming is great fun when you get the hang of it. Beach worms live in the sand on the ocean beaches. George can teach you how to catch them and how to preserve and store them. Beach worms are one of the most expensive and best baits on the east coast.

Big fish eat little fish, they normally prefer them alive. Fishing off rock platforms or ocean harbours, this lesson/experience is based on the swell and weather. It normally starts 2 hours before sunset. Targeting mullet, yellow-tail yakka, garfish, slimy mackerel, squid and more. George will teach you how to catch your own bait and show you some of the ways to keep it alive and look after the live bait. George also runs a nipper pumping, squirt worm 2-hour lesson/experience.
