During the Wine Blending Experience, you will taste the diverse flavours and experiment with different combinations to create your own unique blend of wine. Then bottle and label your unique creation for a one of a kind souvenir to take home.

Join Brown Brothers for an unforgettable wine and food adventure. Discover their rich history as pioneers of winemaking in Victoria, hear the stories with a guide by your side. Join the chefs in the kitchen garden and help forage for produce to include in your exclusively designed lunch menu, perfectly matched to Brown Brothers wine and served to you by the Chef in the acclaimed Brown Brothers Restaurant. Please note that this is a set menu and unfortunately, dietary requirements cannot be catered for on this experience.

Brown Brothers Prosecco Brunch

Located at the gateway to the King Valley, Brown Brothers is perfectly placed to start you on your Prosecco Road adventure. Set in gorgeous grounds is a private Prosecco lounge, just for you and your besties. Brunch awaits - a gourmet spread of freshly baked sweets and pastries, local Milawa cheeses, house-made delicacies and seasonal fruits. Of course, no King Valley brunch would be complete without Prosecco. Taste Brown Brothers’ entire Prosecco range at your own pace. This brunch suits groups from two to twelve guests. Assemble your best brunch crew and start your day in the King Valley way.

The Slow Lunch

Join Brown Brothers in the slow lane for The Slow Lunch: a feed-me style menu of their chef's favourite dishes, enjoyed with or without matched wines. It's time to sit back, relax and unwind – you're on Milawa time now. The plates you'll enjoy are made fresh that day, using organic, sustainable produce grown in the Kitchen Garden. Imagery is a guide as the menu is fluid and changes regularly according to what's in season.
