If you are looking for a more in-depth wine discovery, Firescreek Botanical Winery offer a personalised and intimate behind the scenes tour with the wine-maker. Sample all the current vintages of wine as you are led through this back of house experience. Enjoy each wine in different location on the property under the vines or amongst the trees from which the fruit was lovingly grown in this award winning organic garden. You will be taken into the “Vat Room” where the wine is all produced and be led through the stunning organic gardens, orchard and vines, with discussion about wine making plus handy organic growing tips and tricks about permaculture, organic gardening and wine-making with a twist.

Four exquisite hand-made chocolates paired perfectly with four Firescreek Botanical wines. The wine is served in crystal glasses on tasting board in the gardens. This experience is very romantic and perfect for couples or fun to enjoy as a small group or family and friends. Guests are also welcome to try other vintages of wine at the cellar door on a complimentary basis after their chocolate and wine tasting experience and very welcome to sit and enjoy or take a stroll in the gardens at their leisure.

During this workshop you will experience an unforgettable display of Aboriginal culture. A rich and primally rewarding hands on experience, learning from Aboriginal Elder about a diverse range of Aboriginal culture and traditions. Experience the art of an Elders Aboriginal story telling, feel the vibrations touch your soul from the strength of his digeridoo and clapping stick playing, examine a wide range of traditional Aboriginal tools and artefacts and learn how they were first made and enjoy wine tasting of award winning wines in the beautiful gardens at Firescreek Botanical winery. You will be shown and where seasonally possible and practical be able to taste Australian Native plants. The Firescreeks’ winemaker will also guide you through wine tasting and discuss how Australian native flora and other botanicals are used to make these unique wines.
