










Avoca Park's popular Room with a View is stylishly decorated, and the ideal retreat for a solo traveller. It offers a comfortable, single bunk bed. The bathroom to this room is separate and external, and is shared. There is direct access to a modern, well set up shared kitchen. Their Room with a View has a flat screen television, DVD player and assortment of movies to watch, if you'd like to just sit in and relax. Alternatively you can simply sit outside in one of their sitting areas, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees and read a book and enjoy the sights of the horses. There is an under cover outdoor sitting area with barbeque for your use. Being an equestrian property there is the opportunity to have a riding lesson or two on their wonderful school horses. Or book a once in a lifetime Donkey Experience, something that you won't experience anywhere else Alternatively, spend a relaxing evening in their outdoor spa or around the fire on their Memorial Reserve.

The Bunkhouse is the perfect setup for a group of friends or a family looking for a great value country getaway. It can accommodate a total of ten guests in two separate bedrooms - one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has four bunks, allowing for eight people. Each bedroom has an entrance doorway to the well appointed, communal bathroom. All your needs will be accommodated in the Bunkhouse. It contains a fully equipped kitchen suitable to cook anything up to and including a Christmas dinner. The lounge area has a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player with an assortment of DVD's and stereo/CD plyer with CD's for you to just relax if that is your desire. Surrounded by beautiful Paulownia trees the bunkhouse is well protected from the sun in summer and warmed by effective heating in the cooler months. On request they offer a porter cot for use ($11.00) we do not supply bedding. They also offer a baby bath and high chair (no charge). There is an under cover outdoor sitting area with a barbecue directly beside their Bunkhouse. This is a popular spot for guests to read or watch the passing horses.
