Adaminaby Cup Race Day

Adaminaby Cup Race Day is a great local event, held annually on the third Saturday in November. This is a fantastic day of country racing.

Enjoy fashions of the field, give-away prizes and lots of action on the race track. The feature race is the Snow Goose Cup. There are food stalls and bar facilities available, as well as a jumping castle and stalls for the children to make it a great family day out.

The rustic Adaminaby Racecourse was the set location for Phar Lap's last race in Mexico in the Phar Lap movie.
