Hidden Valley Farms

Hidden Valley Farms story started over 25 years ago when they first laid eyes on this piece of land, well hidden from everyone's view. What they saw was a 100-year-old farm that was tired and needed passion and devotion to bring it back to life. They always knew that one day their farm will become our sanctuary. However, a corporate international career kept pushing this idea back until the world turned upside down with Covid's arrival and many families had to make some life changing decisions. Theirs was to adopt a beautiful 8-year-old boy, return to Australia and focus on sharing their passion for organically grown food with their family and friends.

Today, they take pride in their boutique olive grove that produces one of the tastiest Extra Virgin Olive Oils you will ever experience, the truffière with its deliciouslyperfumed French Périgord Black Truffles and a 100-year-old fruit orchard. In addition to fresh produce and wild organic honey, they recently added a new item to their paddock – organically grown fresh garlic as well as expanded into gourmet salt mixes and relishes to cater to those customers who are looking for a unique farm kitchen experience.
