Beautiful linen is provided along with a soft goose-down doona and an electric blanket for those chilly Armidale winter nights. The cottage is well insulated, oriented to catch the morning sun. The reverse cycle air-conditioner caters for the extremes of New England weather. There is always a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and magazines so you can put your feet up and forget the world for a while.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a quiet dishwasher, oven and cook top, plus a microwave and a full-sized fridge.
