The accommodation is an architect-designed home with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating upstairs covering living areas, kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom. The living areas have an expanse of windows, which will immerse you in all the elements of beachside living. Catalina has been built to remain cool in summer and warm in winter

The accommodation has two separate lounge rooms allowing adults and children to have their own space. After a leisurely day on the sand, retire for cocktails in the upper lounge or on the balcony and enjoy ocean vistas and the sound of the waves crashing on the sand in front of you.
