The main bedroom features a queen bed with a built-in robe, a TV, and a side balcony with filtered water views. The second bedroom offers two sets of bunks, a built-in robe, and a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

The complex features a communal pool. The balcony overlooks Shoal Bay and has a sun lounge for relaxing and a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set for entertainment. Also, a double lock-up garage is great for a couple of cars or for storing bikes, canoes, etc.
