The room was clean and well maintained. Service was good and the location was very convenient for the town centre (an easy 15 minute walk).

Wow what a great place to stay in Ballarat. After having a long day of driving and tiring. It was great to see Shane's friendly face. What a lovely character. The room was nice and quiet and clean. Very close to Very good Pubs and Restaurants like 100m.... Munster Arms.

Excellent little motel. The room was spacious, clean, modern and well-appointed. The air conditioning was excellent on a hot day, and the bed and bedding were genuinely comfortable. Great central location and very reasonably priced. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and they’ve left me baffled. After staying here, it’s obvious some reviewers confuse “budget motel” with “five-star resort” and then throw a public tantrum when reality intervenes. This is a small, family-run business that delivers exactly what it advertises. The criticism says far more about the reviewers than it does about the motel. Book with confidence — and maybe ignore the entitlement on display in some of the one-star reviews.

We stayed here one night. The room was clean. But I would not stay here again . There was a lot if road noise during rhe night. The walls thin so we could hear snoring from another room. One bedside lamp didn't work as it needed a new bulb. The other had a disgusting lampshade: it appeared to have gotten wet and not wiped. We did not shower as the base was rusty and corroded.
