Club Motel

Stayed recently at the club Motel in room 16 on a day that was 36 degrees. On arrival our room was shut up with no AC running so we were welcomed to a very hot room so pretty disappointed but it got no better. After firing up the split system AC the unit failed to pump cool air. A quick check of the filter showed no recent maintenance as it was covered in dust, a quick clean removing heavy dust failed to make any difference. Running the AC all night and the room was still hot next morning, clearly lack of maintenance and a cheap brand of AC. We cancelled a future booking and will not be staying here in future. On a positive note the bed was OK and the room while dated was clean.

We tried many different motels in Armidale and have finally found a hidden gem! Our room was spotless and did not smell of strong chemicals . The manager, Elly, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable possible. Thank you very much. We definitely willl come back.

We stayed here as a group of senior couples. The manager did everything to accommodate us. Elly was very thoughtful to put us in rooms with walk-in shower and further away from the road. Rooms were spotless and it was very quiet during the night. We will recommend to all our friends and we will be definitely coming back.

Great motel. Would recommend if passing through. Walkable distance from local pubs and fast food restaurants. Comfy beds and quiet environment.
