Lambs Valley is 15 kilometres of pristine land nestled in Australia's oldest wine country, the incomparable Hunter Valley in NSW. But to them, Lambs Valley is simply home. They feel a real sense of place here with the like-minded community who have quickly become mentors and friends. It's where they chose to raise their growing family. And it's the perfect place to pursue the dream of making bespoke, small-batch wine.

They consider the vineyard an extension of the garden and they take pride in caring for the vines by hand. The vintage is celebrated with close friends and family - many of whom will happily rise early and travel the distance to help pick grapes. Afterwards, relax with some well-earned food, drink and laughter. It's a really special day and helps set the tone for the year ahead.
