Served tableside, Rémy Martin VSOP French brandy is flambéed inside a giant parmesan wheel before fresh house-made spaghetti is tossed through and finished with crispy pancetta crumb, fresh herbs, cracked black pepper, and an extra scrape of the good stuff. Rich, indulgent, and guaranteed to turn a few heads across the dining room.
