Africa Film Fest Australia lands in Sydney, featuring fourteen Australian premieres, exclusive films and short films celebrating stories from Africa and its global diaspora. Curated by Co-Directors Mumbi Hinga and Safia Amadou and produced by Arts & Cultural Exchange (ACE), the festival spotlights must-see cinematic masterpieces including The Laundry (Uhlanjululo), The Eyes of Ghana, The Desert Child, Muganga, East West Love, Skylark, and Black Is Beautiful, alongside an unmissable Opening Night reception in Sydney Opera House with DJ GnGR Masego Pitso, an AFTRS masterclass, and exclusive filmmaker Q&As in Event Cinemas Parramatta.
