Cape Rendezvous is a beautiful, eco-friendly, rural retreat set on five acres of native bushland, close to Busselton. It offers seclusion but is also close to the beach, restaurants, and all that is offered by the neighbouring Margaret River and Dunsborough regions.

The double-storey rammed earth property has been uniquely styled; with many of the furnishings hand-made by the owner, re-purposed or antique. The main living area, upstairs, is a stunning open-plan space, with a vaulted ceiling. It opens onto a wraparound deck, with views across the garden and into the trees.

The renovated bespoke kitchen offers a luxurious space to entertain. The large main bathroom has a freestanding bath facing the garden, crowned by a crystal chandelier above. There are four eclectically styled bedrooms, all with hotel-quality mattresses and toppers. The bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto the deck outside.
