Topiary is run in a similar way to the household of their ancestors 100 years ago. Only sourcing locally, making everything from scratch and working with whole carcasses, wasting nothing.

Make the most of Topiary's surrounds without harming the environment and support those around you. ā€‹ They aim to provide a unique dining experience, harnessing that same traditional mindset, but served in a contemporary way to reflect what is happening around us now.
