Grandsons (12 &8)did lessons and had a ball. Lovely staff however reliant on small number of Dads to help out so that the kids had more waves. ( Dad worked hard for all of our group of 7 not just his own 2 and should have been given a free surf 😅) Beautiful water waterSeating alongside of the wave pools for spectators would be very welcome. Be careful parking...2 hours free but make sure you register as you enter otherwise a big cost will be incurred.

Never had so much fun getting pitched and going over the falls! Finally understood the key to the takeoff zone. Friendly staff and great explanation of the sequence of events. Hire boards were good quality and reasonable selection (despite being busy). Water temp was perfect without a wetsuit (Dec). Will return when visiting Sydney again. Thank you UrbnSurf.

Went there on Monday 5th January for a lesson with my son. He did all age beginner (he’s 8) and I did the beginner progressive at the same time. Had a great experience. From the start/check-in the staff were super friendly and gave clear instructions. Getting my wetsuit and knowing where to go for the lesson was super easy. My instructor Felipe was awesome, super energetic and friendly and really good instructions. I don’t/can’t surf but was happy I did the beginner progressive as the entry level one looked too basic and more suitable for kids. You need to have a moderate level of fitness, for the lesson. I went with my wife, three kids (8, 5 and 2) and sister and brother-in-law and hired a cabana. It was a great choice, booked it for 10:00-14:00 for $200, which includes $100 credit at the cafe, and the surf lesson was 10:30-12:00. Perfect amount of time after to have food, coffee and a beer while the kids swam in the small lap/plunge pool. The staff at the cafe were really friendly also. I’ll definitely go back for another lesson.

Nice venue with friendly stuff, I enjoyed it very much. Charlie deserve a pay rise! That man made my day. He was nice, friendly, absolutely helpful. Gave his hand for everyone on the lineup. Went far and beyond. The level of the service he provided exceeded any expectations. Well done!
