Discover Scotch Hill Truffle Farm in Neerim South, nestled in the foothills of Mt Baw Baw and just one hour from Melbourne. Surrounded by rolling West Gippsland countryside with stunning views towards the Baw Baw ranges, this working truffle farm invites visitors to follow the aroma into the fascinating world of Australian black truffles.
In winter, join Boogie, Scotch Hill's much-loved rescue dog turned skilled truffle hunter, beneath the oaks as he searches for ripe black truffles hidden in the earth. Unearth your own truffle, then gather around the fire in the atmospheric Scotch Hill Shed for the signature Truffle & Flames experience, where fresh truffle, food and stunning Baw Baw views capture the magic of winter.
Private and corporate truffle experiences are also available, with modified private hunts offered outside the winter truffle season.
Visit the Farm Gate during truffle season for fresh truffles and a taste of the farm to take home. Truffle products, truffle trees for those inspired to grow their own, and advanced citrus trees can also be purchased online year-round.
Stay in Truffle Country at The Suite at Scotch Hill Truffle Farm or The Homestead by Scotch Hill Truffle Farm, and linger a little longer.
