Borrodell Estate

Set high on the slopes of Gaanha Bula - Mount Canobolas, Borrodell Estate is a working vineyard, orchard and trufferie just outside Orange. Surrounded by cool-climate vines and sweeping views across the Towac Valley, it's a place shaped by season, elevation, and a strong connection to the land.

At the heart of the estate is SkyBar - Borrodell's weekend cellar door and wine bar. Open Friday to Sunday, it's a relaxed space for wine tastings, shared plates, local produce, and sunset drinks overlooking the vineyard. Estate-grown, award winning wines, cool-climate ciders, and seasonal food come together in a setting that feels distinctly Orange: elevated, grounded, and best enjoyed slowly.
