Cruise past Hobart's waterfront homes and landmarks like the Tasman Bridge and casino, with chances to spot dolphins, seals, and seabirds such as Tasmanian eagles and black-faced cormorants. After a 40-minute ride, we'll arrive at our fishing or diving spot. Anglers can catch reef fish like gurnard perch, jackass morwong, bluethroat, leatherjacket, flathead, pike and Australian salmon (note: sharks must be released in shark refuge area), while certified divers may harvest crayfish, abalone, or sea urchins (recreational fishing license required for lobster and abalone). Onboard, enjoy a feast of fresh fruit, Tasmanian oysters, salmon sashimi, A5/A9 wagyu, lamb chops, and desserts. Guests can use the boat's cooking facilities to prepare their freshly caught seafood to share with family and friends. They will choose a comfortable, sheltered cove based on the wind and sea conditions of the day, where you can relax and enjoy your meal. On the way back, in calm waters, the crew will guide you to try steering the boat and take memorable photos.
