Kayak To Seals

Kayaking to the Australian Fur Seals in the Marengo Marine Sanctuary. One and a Half hours of instruction and touring, paddling with qualified guides, in easy-to-use sit-on-top-kayaks.

Have fun paddling in the two seated kayaks, and then the adventurous can catch waves back to the shore. Learn about the Australian Fur Seals and how they live. Experience them up close and personal and fingers crossed they may swim over to learn about you.

To participate it is a requirement that you can competently swim. (This activity is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.) This is a great activity for both beginners and experienced kayakers. Activity is weather dependent.
