The tours kick off on the balcony of the distillery where you are greeted with a gin and tonic on arrival. After hearing a bit about our story, your guide will take you on a walk through the regenerated subtropical rainforest where you will become well-acquainted with the native ingredients used in our gin.
After that, return to the distillery to do a full guided tasting while sitting around the 2000L copper pot still and learn all about the art of distillation.
Groups are more than welcome to stay on the balcony and enjoy a seasonally crafted cocktail with a view of the macadamia orchard.
