Harro's | Tours and Activities

Aurora is an absolute champion! Cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their equipment and service. Would not go anywhere else for ski hire and equipment! Plus they even did a sneaky pick up for us when the ski tube car park was completely packed. Incredible!!

The only shop around that helped me with base plate for my ski boots. Aurora helped me fit them with great service and was super fun and friendly in store. Liv was awesome in store as well. We need more people in stores like this. They were passionate about my ski boot fit and looked at my boot fit even though my boot was not purchased from Harrows.

Full transparency: this review is for the ski repair service, not the gear shop. We spent $700 on gear, and the assistant who helped us was amazing—definitely a 5 out of 5. However, the ski repair was a completely different story. I had a small hole in the base caused by a rock and asked for it to be filled. Not only was the repair done with the wrong compound, but the next day the skis were unusable. I kept falling—even on flat ground—due to random drag. When I eventually took the skis to Adi in Perisher, they couldn’t believe how poorly the repair had been done. Lesson learned: avoid Harrow’s if you can. This place just isn’t what it used to be.

Best ski shop in the Snowy Mountain region.
