Mirritya Mundya was established in 2018 in a marquee, went on to become a mobile food trailer- Mundya and now they welcome you to their restaurant space.

Led and curated by Wandi Wandian Descendant Dwayne Bannon-Harrison, the 'little black fish that could' has been to some of the countries most iconic food events and places. Including the Sydney Opera House, NSW Parliament House, Centre Point Tower - Vivid Food 2025 and Carriageworks.

Experiences and relationships with some of the best chefs and kitchens in Australia have shaped values, style and menu.
