About

Ardent Quest is a family-owned Australian tourism business dedicated to creating meaningful, nature-based journeys that inspire curiosity, connection and care for the world. Based in West Gippsland, Victoria, they design and operate small-group tours that bring travellers closer to the heart of nature, culture and community.

The experiences are guided by the belief that travel should give back, building understanding, supporting regional communities and encouraging stewardship of the places you visit. With a strong thematic focus on water, their journeys highlight its essential role in shaping landscapes, sustaining life and connecting ecosystems, people and culture.

Through guided interpretation, storytelling and hands-on learning, guests explore how farmers manage their land, how wildlife adapts to changing seasons and how communities keep traditions alive. They integrate environmental education and cultural heritage to create experiences that are both enriching and informative.

Each journey is personal and low-impact, with a maximum of ten guests, allowing time for genuine connection and reflection. Whether exploring Australia's outback stations, coastal forests, or ancient cultural landscapes, Ardent Quest invites travellers to go beyond sightseeing, to travel with purpose, becoming active participants in a shared story between people and place.

Kevin was a great tour guide. He showed us many great spots. The Koala walk on Raymond Island was the highlight for me. The walk was beautiful through the bush and along some secluded beaches. We saw multiple koalas and even a baby! It was amazing being able to see the koalas in their natural habitat and out in the wild. We also saw many other animals which was an added bonus. A beautiful part of Victoria and a great tour.
