Miami Hotel Melbourne

My room was very tidy and comfortable. The reception desk and the service were incredible. The staff went out of their way to help me out. A big thank you to all of them, especially Alex. The location is very handy because it is very close to the CBD and the value for money is exceptional. Five out of five stars all around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For the price we paid, this was perfect for us. It was close enough to the CBD without the big hotel prices. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was only a short walk up to Errol Street to catch the tram into town. This also one of the locations they film Fisk from - the Grueber & Associates building. I can recommend this hotel. It's in a pleasant location close to Queen Victoria Market and also North Melbourne Station. The rooms are plain but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Linen and towels are changed everyday and the bed was made with tight hospital corners. Reminded me of childhood. There's a well equipped communal kitchen that is without fridges because each room has one. Reception were friendly and helpful always and are available 24/7. This is my first time in Australia and the Miami was just what I needed after a long journey.

Old hotel.all stairs. Inconvenient to carry luggage's up to room. Staff friendly and willing to help. Was told can't change mode of air conditioning. Room was very cold but only has fan and temperature to adjust. Really bad. Not worth the price paid for. Family room was converted by adding a queen bed in the "living area". Toilet door can't close fully at all. Carpet looks dirty.
