Lumina Suites

We 🇸🇬 had a fantastic stay at Lumina Suites. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Having a full kitchen with a dishwasher, along with a washing machine and dryer, was incredibly convenient. especially for a longer stay. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We also really appreciated that they helped to receive and keep our online parcels safely. The facilities were great too. The gym and pool were both clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, situated within the free tram zone and only about an 8-minute walk to Coles, which made grocery runs quick and easy. Overall, Lumina Suites offers a comfortable, convenient, and well-rounded stay.

The View on level 23 overlooking the yarra and eastern city. Amazing. Definitely a great view towards the hills. Amazing location, Mavel Stadium is at your doorstep. Easy public transport accessible. Free Tram Zone. Southern cross station below. Apartment had all your amenities needs. Dishwasher, Stove top, Oven, Dryer, Washing machine, Fridge, 2Br Main with ensuite. Balcony, Pool, Gym. *Beds definitely need a mattress topper, felt like sleeping on wood. Pillows too. (Feedback) Great Pet friendly accommodation.

Perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Lumina suites very much. Clean. Spacious. Near to Spencer street where you can find anything from groceries to clothes. Warm hospitality from the staff. I borrowed one scissor for my daughter to open her new toys and the staff lend it to me directly. Thank you Lumina suites staff. Stayed March 2026.

Reception are wonderful people, though need to work on their communication skills. However, lack of communication with parking lot, lack of signage and very small parks for large vehicles is extremely frustrating. The hallways smell like vomit that has not been cleaned properly. I hope their body corporate sees this and replaces all carpets. Each floor has no signage to which side the rooms are. The lifts are not much better. The views for premium are below average. The shower is like an emotional teenager hot cold and no inbetween. I will certainly not be staying there ever again!! I normally take photos for google reviews, no not this place.
