Hunter Valley Wildlife Park 20th Birthday Celebration

Hunter Valley Wildlife Park is celebrating 20 wild years with One Wild Day, its biggest community celebration yet. The event brings wildlife, family fun, local businesses and the Hunter Valley community together for a lively day throughout the park.

Visitors can enjoy special keeper talks, birthday-themed animal enrichment, local market stalls, face painting, festival-style hair braiding, fairy floss and entertainment. Cessnock firefighters will join the festivities with a community display and meet-and-greet.

The official birthday celebration features Hunter the Lion, the park's mascot, followed by complimentary cupcakes while stocks last. Visitors can also enter the anniversary raffle for the chance to win a Balloon Aloft hot-air ballooning adventure for two adults.
