Tilba Brewing Co. is a family-owned craft beer business based in beautiful Central Tilba, nestled between the lush green foothills of Gulaga National Park and the pristine beaches of the New South Wales South Coast.

They produce fine ales in collaboration with another South Coast-based family business, Stoic Brewing.

The Prospectors Amber Ale recognises Tilba's gold mining heritage. It is a smooth copper-toned ale with malty caramel and biscuit flavours complimented by bright citrusy hops.

The Palace Pale Ale ale is a tribute to the iconic Dromedary Hotel, the best pub in Tilba since 1895. The Palace Pale Ale delivers bold tropical flavours backed by a light malt body.

The Mystery Bay IPA is so named for the stunningly beautiful nearby bay. It is a full-bodied, biscuity IPA with clean bitterness and a burst of citrus and pine, thanks to an all-Australian malt and hops line-up.

Their Weatherboard Lager takes inspiration from the iconic facades of the quaint little houses lining Bate St. Its an easy-drinking light golden lager with a soft malt profile balanced with hints of citrus and spicy hops for a crisp, dry refreshing finish.
