Fantastic experience! Dulled a little by the fact that it was cloudy as can be and raining, but in instances where the clouds cleared and the rain fell to a drizzle it was awesome. Super modern and you really marvel at how all these buildings and transport was built amidst such an environment. The rides are all superb but our favourite would be the scenic railway which at some point felt like a roller coast! The incline goes super steep and it was a short and fun experience. The rest of the experiences are must do too. We skipped the hikes as we were travelling with a little one but found that the short walk from the scenic railway to the scenic cableway was a nice one that cuts across an old mining site and through the entire forest but was nicely paved with nice broadwalks. Within the area you have many great dining choices as well overlooking the entire blue mountain area. Lastly I’d say that the souvenir shop was pretty amazing and wide ranging. Staff all throughout were friendly and helpful! Free parking on site at the multistory carpark and you make a short walk towards the main attractions. Aside from that I’d recommend also to book in advance and arrive on your intended booking timing.
We had the best time at Dinosaur Scenic World with our kids. It was such a fun and exciting experience for the whole family. The kids absolutely loved walking through the forest and finding the dinosaurs hidden along the way. It felt like a real adventure and kept them engaged the entire time. The rails were so much fun and added an extra level of excitement, and the walk back was easy, enjoyable, and perfect for families with children. Everything was well organised, family friendly, and made it easy to relax and just enjoy the experience together. This was a fantastic day out and a big hit with both the kids and the parents. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a fun, memorable, and interactive experience. Five stars from us.
So much to see and do, we started with the skyway cable car. Wow!! Breathtaking views, glass floor for the brave 😀 the landing is another place to explore, either walk around to echo point or go the other way to a lovely waterfall. Back at the main building we grabbed lunch to take with us on the cableway blue line. More thrilling than the skyway the train makes it's way down a steep mountainside to the forest floor. It has an amazing boardwalk through the trees some are labeled with names etc. We heard birds and spotted a few too. We found our way to the red railway where you learn about the mining history along the way. This was the most thrilling of the rides. Very steep, we went backwards as we were going upwards. Braced against the seat in front and tilted at an angle it was a thrilling ride through the rock back up to the main building. Highly recommend a visit to this attraction. It's great to see history preserved and made accessible to all. As well as spectacular views and walks there is something for everyone.
A pleasant novelty stop for visitors to the mountains, but not a must-see attraction. The three rides are well operated and enjoyable enough, though they’re quite short and not especially memorable. It’s also worth noting that you can access the on-site lookouts without purchasing a ride ticket, which may be sufficient for some visitors. Food and retail offerings feel like standard tourist fare, low to average quality at premium prices.
3 sister was magnificent view. i did not believe my friend bad review after i experienced it myself. 1 star on lack of info on long 1hr wait time and only 1 cable car and 1 railway in return. what happen if breakdown. no toilet for few hours when u leave the station, my kid was busting. u dont get a choice to walk up station even if u prefer not to take rides. ticket price $61 is overpriced. I hope u can take this seriously n spend some money to upgrade the above. prepare a adult diaper if u really want to go DONOT go unless u want to pay to suffer
