Quarantine Ghost Tours

Jess was our tour guide and she was incredible. Her story-telling and interactions with us really set the tone for the tour and increased the tension in the atmosphere. She was also respectful, friendly and inclusive. Superb. Not the point - but I would love to take a public class from her one day! Admittedly, I didn't finish the full tour. I hadn't looked up any content prior and perhaps that was a good thing since Jess' stories provided all the intel and spooky vibes I needed! The only "incidence" on the tour that a I felt was on the veranda of the grave diggers cottage. I felt pressure on my right ear that didn't go away for a couple of minutes (like when you dive into the deep end of a pool) then a soft blowing sensation and it ended. It didn't feel scary, more observationally interesting like when a dentist checks your teeth. I now understand that the cottage is supposedly a "heavy" place, but I felt it to be comforting and familiar. Other parts of the tour definitely felt like you weren't alone though. Separately, we had a couple of what could be considered "incidences" the evening before in our room in building P23. The lights flickered during a segment on TV when the person was praying. It was so disruptive that we had to turn the lights off. Later, I thought my husband was caressing my foot in bed, except when I looked over I discovered that he was on his side and deeply asleep so it wasn't him. The caressing feeling stopped and in a cold "puff" evaporation the presence disappeared. It was very hot when we stayed so I hadn't been able to sleep and the cool sensation was noticeable. When I told Jess (the guide) later, I found out about Mr Slimey. Anyway - 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience with a very insightful and informative guide in Snowy. Can’t wait to come back and investigate some more as there was soo much more that we didn’t get to see which means another visit is definitely on the cards soon

We had Mel as a tour guide for the Extreme Ghost Hunt Tour. It was a lot of fun, and she was a good guide. I'm still a sceptic post the tour but I enjoyed it none the less as it was something to do on my Annual Leave from work. Don't get me wrong it was still an eerie experience and you learn about what went on there in the 1800s up till 1984 when they finally closed the Quarantine Station. Beautiful location if you go there during the day! We got there early and caught the first shuttle bus that came so there was still light. We sat on chairs over looking the water until the tour began. Definitely recommend the tour to say you've done it.

We had an amazing time on the Quarantine Station Ghost Tour! Our tour guide Tiffany was absolutely amazing!!! Knowledgeable, engaging, and perfectly timed with the storytelling. There were plenty of jump scares throughout the tour that really kept everyone on edge and made the experience so much fun. The atmosphere, history, and scares were perfectly balanced. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Tiffany as your guide!
