Absolutely loved our Harbour Jet experience! The staff were super kind and informative, with a thorough safety briefing before the ride. The ride was thrilling, fun, and unforgettable. We’re definitely doing this again!

If you’re considering a harbour jet boat experience, stop thinking and just book it especially if Isaac is your skipper. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless, starting with the incredible front desk team. They were warm, welcoming, super organised, and genuinely excited, which instantly set the tone for an amazing adventure. Once on board, Isaac’s energy, confidence, and passion for what he does took things to the next level. The jet boating itself was absolutely next level with insane speed, sharp turns, and adrenaline pumping spins, all with the most stunning harbour views. The perfect mix of thrill and safety. Isaac clearly knows the harbour inside and out, and his skill behind the controls is seriously impressive. What truly made this experience stand out was the people. Isaac was engaging, funny, and incredibly professional, while the front desk team made everything smooth, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell this crew genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in every detail. This wasn’t just a boat ride it was a unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of our time on the harbour. Massive shout out to Isaac and the entire team.

We did a Vivid Cruise tonight and it was a great experience! Staff were helpful, tour spot on. The Vivid Tours are run at night at slow speed, but it was still a wonderful experience. Definitely a strong recommend from me!
